1. We will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
2. We are happy to process an exchange at no additional shipping expense for a new size, color, or different item.
3. The original shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable if return for a refund. A US$9.99 of shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund for the use of Modlily return label.
4. Only items in their original, undamaged, unstained and unworn condition and swimsuits with hygiene liners attached can be returned or exchanged.
5. For sanitary reasons, beach blankets,swimming rings, sunglasses, jewelries and hair accessories are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
6. Items marked on the product page as "No returns or exchanges" are considered flash sale and final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

These are terms and conditions that apply in the event that you use the Afterpay Promo available for use in conjunction with Services provided by Afterpay US, Inc. (“Afterpay”).

- The promotion will run from 9/22/22 at 8:00AM EST to 11/07/22 at 11:59PM EST. The promotion credit will expire concurrently.
- Afterpay Promo will be automatically applied to the Afterpay online purchases of eligible users.
- The promotional credit will be applied to the total original purchase value as displayed by the retailer (including tax, shipping costs) to reduce the value of your four payments equally.
- The promotional credit is a limited time offer available at participating merchants.
- This promotional credit is single use only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Afterpay promotional offer.
- Afterpay reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time. If you received the promotional code (directly or indirectly) from a third party, that third party also reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time.
