4. Only items in their original, undamaged, unstained and unworn condition and swimsuits with hygiene liners attached can be returned or exchanged.
5. For sanitary reasons, beach blankets,swimming rings, sunglasses, jewelries and hair accessories are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
6. Items marked on the product page as "No returns or exchanges" are considered flash sale and final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Guidelines:
1.Price Guarantee protects till November 30 and applications shall be submitted before that date.
2.Customers shall claim the refund of price difference only on Modlily APP.
3.Only dispatched orders are covered by the policy.
4.Price difference will be refunded to Modlily account balance.
5.Prices are converted according to the exchange rate at the time of purchase. Please note that there might be slight difference in your refundable amount due to currency exchange rate.
