Order Confirmation
Immediately after your order is placed, an Order Confirmation email with a summary of your order as well as your shipping and billing details will be sent to you.

Delivery

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with details about the items in the package as well as a tracking number and a link to the shipping company website. To track your package, simply click onto the link provided. You can also track the status of your shipment on your Modlily user account.

Please note that sometimes it takes the shipping company some time to update the status of the shipment and your tracking link may not work immediately. In the event of any unsuccessful delivery, you will also be notified by e-mail.

If you don't receive your order, please contact us within 6 months after placing the order.
For orders within 6 months:
Customer responsibility: Input wrong address, etc.
If the customer does not purchase the insurance, we will issue a 50% refund of the order or resend once.
If the customer purchases the insurance, we will issue a refund of the products or resend once, shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
Modlily responsibility: Full refund or resend for products you did not receive.
For orders over 6 months:
The order is valid for 6 months, overdue requests won’t be accepted. 

Custom Tax or Duty

Normally, customers are not assessed any additional duties or taxes via Standard Shipping. However, sometimes customers may be required to pay tariffs on their purchases. If there are any custom duties or taxes levied, we can refund 50% of the tariffs. Please keep  the receipt of the payment and contact our customer service by submitting a ticket.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept the free return & exchange for US within 30 days of receipt, please make sure items in new condition. Note that overdue requests will not be accepted.

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you after package(s) delivered.
2. Items marked as "No returns or exchanges" in product page are not covered by warranty and are non-returnable. 
3. If you purchased the set, please return the entire set, we don't accept partial returns on the entire set.
4. Return items must be received in new condition, unwashed, unstained. Damage or stain caused by customers may result in partial refund up to 50% of total payment.
5. Any address on the parcel is not approved return address, and we don't accept the returned package without authorized return address from customer service representative. Our return warehouse is now in North America.
6. For the returns, No signature required! Please do not add signature service otherwise we are highly likely not to receive it and this will delay your refund progress.
7. Please also do not mail any envelopes to the return address for inquiry. We will discard the letter automatically. The best way to communicate and solve your problem is through our ticket system or online chat!

1. Log in " My Order ", then submit a ticket for return & refund.
2. You need to download the Return Label in the ticket. A copy of the return label will be send to your email address as well.
3. Please print out your return label and attach it to your sealed return parcel. Drop to your nearest Post Office for mailing.
4. You can also track the package online, then you will know when the package delivered to us.
5. Once we have received the returned item(s), our customer service will apply the refund or ship the exchange item(s) in 7 working days.
6. It normally takes 10-20 business days for the refund to appear on your bank account or credit card. Or 1-3 working days in PayPal (normally in 48 hours ), that depends on the original way you used.

Note:
1. Modlily is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in return transit, you can contact shipping company for a claim.
2. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-Modlily products. We can’t refund until you contact shipping company to return to correct address or return correct products.


Can I have a full refund for the return?

1. We will offer full refund of the items you returned. The original shipping fee and insurance are refundable only for the following reasons: delivery time was over the latest receiving date, damage or defective, stains, poor workmanship, wrong order received, missing item(s)/accessories; For other reasons, the shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
2. Free return for 1st package, $7.99USD for 2nd and following returns, which will be deducted from refund.

What if my package was refused or was undeliverable?

1. Want to reship a refused or undeliverable package? No problem. We offer free resend as soon as the previous order returned.
2. Whether you are willing to get a resend or refund, please log in "My Orders", submit a ticket, we will reply in 1 working day.

  • 5. In case of a failed Pre-Order, payment will be refunded to your Modlily store account at the end of the Pre-Order period.
